My 9 year-old and I always customize his cleats for football season and take ideas from NFL players who are doing the same types of custom designs. The attached picture has your navy blue (left) and royal blue (right) in some Royal blue youth Under Armour Highlight cleats. These shoes came with white uppers and white laces. We aced the white laces and ordered some blue ones from Shoelacesexpress. We then painted the white uppers a pearlescent siver to better match Shelby's silver and navy football uniform. They look nearly metallic in-person, but the pic doesn't quite do it justice. We also added painted silver details to the bottom shank of the cleats that used to be white.
